“Company” or “we” means Hilltop Holidays whose registered office is at Beechwood, Nant Mawr Road, Buckley. CH7 2PU.
“Booking” means the booking for accommodation and/or any other services or items made with us.
“Contract” means the Booking and these Terms, and any other terms and conditions stated to apply to the Booking.
“House” means the premises for which your Booking is made.
“Terms” means these terms and conditions.
“Websites” means www.hilltopholiday.co.uk or any other website owned or operated by us relating to a Holiday Let from time to time.
“VAT” means value added tax.
The prices displayed on the Website are an average per night per person until a rate is selected. Any extra services are to be selected at checkout. A minimum length of stay of 3 nights is required for all bookings, deposit, cancellation charge and other conditions may apply to certain rates, as specified. Once a rate is selected on the Website, the total for your requested stay shall be displayed on the reservation summary. Prices shall be charged in the local currency of the Hotel and any currency conversion facility is provided as an approximation tool only.
Pets are welcome and charged at £10.00 per stay, please add this to your basket when checking out on the website at time of booking confirmation.
Security deposit is charge at the time of booking and refunded 7 to 14 days following check-out providing no damage is found. See below for definition.
We accept the following methods of payment: credit cards via PayPal: American Express, MasterCard/Diners International, Diners Club, JCB International Credit Card, Visa; debit cards - Visa/Delta and Visa/Electron.
We may also choose to accept a deposit in place of payment card authorisation by another valid form of payment, including BACS or cheque.
Changes or Cancellation by Hilltop Holidays
Very occasionally we may need to cancel your Booking. In such circumstances you will be given a full refund but we shall have no further liability to you arising out of such cancellation. We will, however, use reasonable endeavours to try and re-locate any confirmed Booking cancelled by us to an alternative location similar in standard to the Hotel.
All Bookings at Hilltop Cottage are subject to these Terms.
At the time of booking we will take your credit/debit card payment details and you authorise the use of this card for a security deposit of £300. We shall also have the right to require full payment in advance or a deposit at the time of booking in certain circumstances or if the Booking includes the supply of certain items or services. No Booking shall be treated as confirmed until the details and/or payment/deposit described in this paragraph have been provided.
Unless otherwise stated on the booking confirmation, Guests may check-in at any time from 3.00 p.m. on the scheduled day of arrival. If you are arriving after 7 p.m. on the day of arrival please let us know. The keys are located at the property in a Key Safe. If you require a member of the team to be there on your arrival please give us 48 hours notice otherwise guests are required to check-in themselves and details will be provided at least 48 hours before check-in by e-mail and/ or telephone.
On the day of departure we kindly ask all guests to vacate the cottage by 12.00 noon (unless a later departure has been agreed as part of your Booking and paid for in advance). Late check-out after this time can be requested subject to availability and will be charged at £45.00 .

Cancellation Policy and No Shows
Bookings can be cancelled up to 4 weeks in advance prior to arrival date. If bookings are cancelled 4 weeks or more in advance a 90% refund will be provided.
Cancellations after 4 weeks will not be refunded. However we are more than happy to discuss alternative dates to suit.
Additional charges such as Pets and late check-outs will be refunded with any cancellation request.
Damages affecting refund of security deposit
We reserve the right and you hereby authorise us to keep your security deposit for any damage incurred to the cottage or the grounds during your stay such as broken fixtures and fittings, damaged carpets by way of stains, including without limitation specialist cleaning or for any items that are missing when you leave.
An inventory is taken during each change over to ensure all goods remain at the property for future guests to enjoy.
